Q- How many magazines do you have?

A- Professional subscription offers over 3000 magazine titles under many interest areas. If there is a title of interest that you cannot find on our site, please email our Customer Service Department by clicking here and we would be happy to look into your request.

Q- What if I cannot find the magazine I want?
A- Currently we are authorized to offer over 3000 magazine titles. In order for us to offer these titles at the lowest authorized price we need authorization from the magazine publishers. We act as subscription agents and every day we expand our titles, however, if you are interested in a magazine not listed click here for a Free Quote and we will respond within 24 hours.

Q- How do you guarantee the lowest authorized price?
A- We work very closely with the various publishers to assure you, that we are giving you discounted subscription prices. By ordering through Professional Subscriptions Service you will save over up to 75% off the cover price of most magazine titles. The subscription price we provide is the total price you will pay, no shipping or handling!

Q- When will I get my first issue?
A- Once you place an order it will be processed immediately. The delivery date of your order will vary depending on the frequency of the publication and the date of which the order is placed. Weekly magazines typically take 3-4 weeks for delivery and monthly magazines 6-8 weeks. Other trade publications and journals may take longer. These delivery dates are suggested by publishers as industry standard and are not exact. Professional Subscriptions Service will always attempt to expedite your order whenever possible.

Q- What if I need to change my address?
A- At any time during your subscription, you may change your address by emailing the Customer Service Department by clicking here

Q- What is your refund policy?
A- Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are unsatisfied with your magazine subscription for any reason, please call us (800) 322-7774 and we will be glad to refund the full amount within the first 60 days of your purchase, after which we can arrange for magazine exchange program or a prorated refund for the issues have not received. When contacting us about an order, please be sure to include your name, address, magazine title(s) and order number(s). Delivery time frames can vary, so please allow 4-8 weeks on magazine exchanges.

Q- Why do you need my email address?
A- Professional Subscriptions Service believes that it is an effective form of customer service to use your email address in order to efficiently support our relationship with you. Our Customer Service Department reads every email that comes into our servers. Within 24hrs we hope to return an email to you ensuring the most effective customer service. We also use email to alert you of existing subscription information, renewal notices, promotions and payment requests. We do not share your email address with anyone.

Q- Do you accept Canadian orders?

A- Sorry! at this time we are not set up to accept Canadian orders.
