Your complete satisfaction is our top priority!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your subscription(s), please email and we will be glad to issue store credit and/or refund as follows: the full amount may be refunded within 60 days of your purchase, or within 30 days after the first issue was sent, after which we can arrange for a magazine exchange program with the publishers. When contacting us about an order, please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, magazine title and order number/account number.

Please be advised that as magazine Subscription Agent we are not responsible for the content and frequency changes of the publications as well as the change(s) in the format such as from print to digital format or, if a publisher goes out of business.  We are simply an agent and as such we make every effort to help address your concern(s) to the extent possible but the final resolution rests on the publishers.
