When contacting us about an order, please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, magazine title and order number/account number.

Please be advised that as magazine Subscription Agent we are not responsible for the content and frequency changes of the publications as well as the change(s) in the format such as from print to digital format or, if a publisher goes out of business.  We are simply an agent and as such we make every effort to help address your concern(s) to the extent possible but the final resolution rests on the publishers.
